For pipeline connections, a flow adjustment will only be made once in every seven days, except in exceptional circumstances.
If a flow adjustment for a pipeline connection is required, your order must be received 48 hours prior to delivery, except if delivery is required for Monday your order must be received by 5pm on Wednesday or if delivery is required for Tuesday your order must be received by 5pm on Thursday.
Midlands irrigators must provide water orders on the Friday prior for delivery on the Monday. Orders must be made in 7 day blocks.
