Commercial Manager, Tasmanian Irrigation - Permanent, Full-time

You will be working for a high-profile state-owned company that provides irrigation infrastructure to a range of stakeholders. We plan, develop and construct complex irrigation projects, manage a range of assets, and play a critical role in assisting the Tasmanian Government achieve its target of increasing the farmgate value of the State’s agricultural sector.

You will:

  • apply your well-developed commercial leadership and strategic skills to a wide range of activities that support our operations and future development
  • use your people leaderships skills to build engagement, collaboration and a high performing team
  • employ your management expertise to a variety of administrative, business and contract management functions that are key to our success
  • bring your strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with,and influence customers and stakeholder across the irrigation sector and to present business information to a range of audiences
  • frequently use your high-level analysis, modelling, software and reporting skills
  • be proactive and often use your agility and problem solving capacity
